Rohit Kumar Jha, owner of Ayush Fast Food Center, told Local 18 that sandwiches have become an important part of the diet. There is more craze for it especially among the youth. There is no better food than a delicious sandwich to satisfy light hunger. Rohit told that a lot of hard work and expense is involved in preparing the sandwich. First of all its masala is prepared which is a mixture of many types of green vegetables.

This mixture contains carrots, capsicum, cucumber, tomato, tandoori sauce, cheese and butter. It contains high amount of cheese along with butter, which makes its taste delicious. Chaat masala is mixed in it and heated on the pan. After it becomes crunchy, red tomato sauce and then cheese crumbs are added to it and served to the customers.

Rohit feeds delicious sandwiches to people for Rs 100
Rohit told Local 18 that this shop is inside the university campus and there is a regular flow of youth from different districts coming and going here. Young people like to eat sandwiches for light breakfast. Every day youth from Darbhanga, Samastipur, Madhubani and Begusarai come here for study related work and enjoy sandwiches.

He told that they serve sandwiches for Rs. 100. He told that 3 to 4 kg of bread is consumed daily. There is one packet of one kilogram. One kilo of bread makes 15 pieces of sandwich.
